Detailed account of Christina’s life
This book is a detailed account of Christina’s life as a journalist and the years following. It took me quite a long time to finish this book, not because I didn’t enjoy it. It was because the story mentioned a lot of people Christina had come across in her lifetime and how they had an effect on her. It did seem to me to be a little confusing at times as I was trying to remember who was who.
It was a moving account of her struggles with her health and her caree. It focussed on how her variety of friends helped her get over the obstacles in her way and made me realise how important friends are. It was also a reminder that positive thinking Is so important even in times of despair.
