I found this book incredibly interesting, as a twenty-two year old who hasn't yet done anything other than what I'm 'meant' to do - go to school, get some GCSE's, go to university, get a job. At this point in my life, that's as far as I've gotten. So this was really interesting to read, to dip in and out of as needed.

I'm not a huge fan of autobiography-style books normally, but I like how honest this one is, and that the message is ultimately a happy one - that no matter what happens in life, you just pick yourself up and start over.

I also liked how this was divided into sections - falling, gathering and fighting back, as this is very much what happens during a crisis in life. I feel like this book will mean more to me in a few years, when I've truly experienced some ups and downs and so can understand exactly what that feels like. Until then, it was just a really interesting read, and I'd highly recommend it.
