This book was incredibly moving and easy to read. It follows the life of a woman as she loses her job, loses her identity and feels stuck. This book follows the highs and lows of her life, the twists and turns and is incredibly honest. The Art Of Not Falling Apart will make you laugh, it'll make you cry, it'll put a smile on your face and it'll make you feel as if your heart is breaking.
I loved the honesty of this book as she finds her next path in life and discovers what it is she wants to do and enjoy next. This book is uplifting and shows that despite the bumps in life you can get through it (but it doesn't dismiss the fact that it is really rubbish at the time and you don't feel like coping!) So I love how this author has finally been the one to write what we all think but in such a down to earth and relatable way!
