I feel as if I have just been ushered into the story, like the characters entering court. The first chapter seems unrelated to the ongoing legal situation so I am intrigued to see how the strands come together. The online dialogue threw me a bit but I'm sure it will give the story another layer of interest and another dimension of suspense
My sympathies already lie with Priest, the main character, and his team. The traits of the characters involved have already been well conveyed and have drawn me in.
With several questions already in the air, I want to read on and find out what happens. I am already feeling the same anxieties that the characters are and I' sure things are not going to go well, with the reader being taken along for the ride!
