I loved this book - somehow it manages to be a light and often very funny story whilst at the same time dealing with a serious issue. Based on Josie Lloyd's own experiences with breast cancer, it tells the story of Keira who, struggling to navigate her way through dealing with her cancer diagnosis, juggling family and her own business, takes up running and forms friendships with other women dealing with cancer that help her find her way through and ultimately take positive things out of such a hard time of life.

The book doesn't shy away from fairly detailed descriptions of the process from diagnosis to treatment, and how people deal with it - I for one learnt a lot - but ultimately it's a story of courage, of the power of female friendships and of tackling life head on, whatever it throws at you. It's funny, it's sad but ultimately it's inspiring and it's a book well worth reading.
