This is the type of book I get snacks and a warm blanket for. It wasn't so much of as a thriller as I had hoped but it was still excellent. Sometime a great mix of things is exactly what I need. The first few chapters were hard to catch to, I found myself getting bored and not following the story. But when I eventually got into the book I really enjoyed the plot.
I wouldn't describe this book as a slow burn book as such, but it did take a long time for things to speed up and get interesting. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who wanted a a thriller for their collection and wouldnt pass it up if I had nothing else to read.
The cover of this book is what grabbed my attention first, it immediately told me it was something I would enjoy, kind of a cold atmosphere to the pages.
