This book was so much better than I thought it would be. I thought it would be a book about teenage rebellion, which is interesting and great, but this book actually focuses a lot on the lives of homeless people and the way that society lets them down. Which I thought was brilliant. It makes the book a really important YA book, that actually a lot of adults could benefit from reading as well. It felt like a very honest, raw novel that was brilliantly researched and excellently executed. The writing style was almost poetic at times. The cover is beautiful and I really loved the characters of Saffron and Tom. I really recommend it and will be looking into reading the other books written by this author.
