I truly loved this book. It was so well written and involves such wonderful characters that you can't bear to have to part with at the end of the book. The story was beautiful told, and there were many moments where I would cry, laugh and feel the pain that Ailsa would feel.

Honestly I truly loved this book with all my heart, and if you have not yet picked it up then you absolutely should.

Ailsa is such a wonderful character to read about. She seems to just 'get you' if that makes any sense. Her understanding that even though you got what you want/ need, your still not entirely, and that is okay. I could relate a lot to Ailsa (emotionally, luckily I have never had to go through the trauma of a heart transplant). I don't know how many times I was saying 'Exactly!' or ' Yes, same!' but I was able to understand everything she was saying and feel like I was being understood at the same time. Ailsa is just someone you can find comfort in and look for advice.

No only that but it was so well explained in terms of the science, and it was very clear how much effort the author put into this book and I appreciate her for dong that. I would google things just to doubt check and it was always right, and they really made me respect the author for doing that.

I'm going to stop talking about this book now because I realise I have gone way past the character limit, but I'm just going to wrap this up quickly. This book is wonderful in every aspect and if you are looking for a heart warming and beautiful book then this is surely something you should pick up.
