Peter is standing trial for the murder of Lizzie Barnsley after her body was found along a canal, only minutes from where she escaped her abusive boyfriend. With her boyfriend out of the frame with a strong alibi and compelling evidence that suggests that Peter Box is the killer it should be a pretty straight forward case.
