i was extremley surprised by this book. it blew me away. i wasnt expecting to like this book because i have never really read anything similiar but, i was pleasntly surprised when i found myself devourering it super quickly (it only took me two days to read it). i loved the historical element because it was so real and felt so alive on the page and the luxury of it made me love the book even more. I also loved the cover because it was soooo aesthetic and pretty, it also really fitted the vibe of the book. it was also supercalifragolisticly floppy which is perfect for a book with such a beautiful spine because it does'nt deserve to be broken. In addition, reading this delightful book made me intruiged ointo theautors other works and consequently, i have read another of his books and loved it just as much. overall i woukld say go read this right now.
