I loved this book. I laughed out loud when I read it and I felt uplifted after I had finished it.
The highly original plot is about 2 delightful characters - Tiffy, who is the whacky assistant editor of a London publishing house and has unusual dress sense, and Leon who is a palliative care night nurse in a hospice. Tiffy agrees to share a flat with Leon when her tumultuous relationship with Justin comes to an end. She uses the flat at night and Leon uses it in the day. They leave each other amusing little notes and gifts of food for several months before they actually get to meet in the flesh!
The ending is predictable but what a funny and interesting story before reaching it.
I agree that this is a must read for 2019 and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys the books of Jojo Moyes, Catherine Alliott and Celia Ahern.
