As others have said, one of the best books I've read this year. So easy to read, it is one of those books I couldn't wait to get back to. A good pace, likeable main characters and plenty of other characters to get to know and care about. As a night shift worker myself, I liked the idea of flat/bed-sharing! The little notes Tiffy and Leon left each other were adorable and I loved how their relationship began even before they met.
Although I'd describe it as a light-hearted read it did tackle some more serious issues - gaslighting in a relationship and the re-trial. Leon's job at the hospice also brought with it emotional but well-handled storylines.
I will definitely go on to recommend this book and will look out for this author in the future. Another book that I would love to see made into a film too!
