This book was extremely interesting, I really enjoyed the premise of it and the conflicting opinions of the main character, a lot of time I wasn't able to figure where it was going next which is always nice. The ending was sort of expected though, and maybe a bit anticlimatic but I did like it regardless. I really enjoyed all of the Arthur Conan Doyle and Sherlock references.

I enjoyed the thoughts of the main character about what is forgery and it's dual meaning, that was really insightful and intriguing to read and contemplate. Also the contemplation on permanence was neat to read about.

The mysterious vibe of the antagonist was great, and I found him an interesting character, it would be cool to have more of his backstory though, same with Adam, although these characters are fleshed out by the mystery surrounding them which is also neat.
