I read this book on holiday and absolutely loved it! The cover wasn't particularly appealing and I probably wouldn't have it picked it up in a book shop based on the cover. Having said that the blurb really appealed and I saved it until my holidays as I knew I was likely to enjoy it. I enjoyed reading about the friendships and dynamics of the group. I particularly liked Kate and Lara's characters. I wasn't sure about the appearances of Severine throughout the story, but agree it added something a bit different. I liked hearing about the events of 10 years ago, and if anything I expected more to be made of how Severine's death actually occurred - I maybe expected a more detailed account of that time. Still loved it though!
