This seems to be a story that will develop gradually to be more than it first appears. The start is slow, but was just getting interesting ag the end of the first look, and as we already know from the blurb a man ends up dead. I'd like to read more as the author has a great reputation and I think once this book finds its groove it will become a pact thriller.
