I automatically love the writing style of this book, swapping from Arden/Olivia's narrative to newspaper clippings and interviews from the time of the storm to give the reader a true sense of the magnitude of the crisis.
I can't wait to learn more about Arden's experience; from the first few chapters she seems wise beyond her years and carries a sense of poignancy for all she has been through. Although the synopsis suggests that her travails are yet to be over, I truly hope she finds her happy ending!
