The title of the book can only be deciphered by speculation, my assumption is that the title is set to entice readers to assume the opposite of it, that the women are in fact petty, vengeful, twisted and manipulative.

Sully may be full of surprises herself, maybe she's a targer or maybe she makes bad decisions because of all the girls that are "so nice" here, the title could be in representation of a cult, it is so easy to create different scenarios of where on earth the title will lead the direction of the story to go. If this book is as good as the start I'd recommend it.
