I put this book off for so long despite buying it the second it was released. I had high expectations after loving the last two and I had major book fear. However, I absolutely couldn’t put the book down.

I loved both characters individually and together. Anna’s character development was prevalent throughout and I loved seeing the final outcome! Five pages in and I related to her character so much and I’ve included the paragraph on the next photo of why I felt this way!

I loved that there was healthy discussions regarding sex and that there was zero pressure from both characters. Anna was coming to terms and understanding her diagnosis as Quan was recovering, mentally, from his surgery.

The ending I loved as well. It wasn’t a happy ever after in sterotypical romantic fiction, it felt more realistic. Relationships have good and bad days, and that its not constant happiness or constant sex. Don’t get me wrong, I love a HEA but this just felt more realistic but still have that satisfying ending!
