After reading the first chapter, I can tell this is a book I will enjoy. From the first parts of Anna I already feel I can relate to her in how she is feeling. This is important to me when selecting a book as it makes it easier for me to visualise what is happening in the story. Quan seems like he is also going to be an interesting character.
I have read one other book by this author which I enjoyed and I am looking forward to trying another. I liked how it got straight to the point as to what the book is going to be about and I am excited to see how these characters eventually meet and interact. It seems they both have supportive friends and this will be an 'easy read' so to say.
