I like Flick in the present, and seeing how affected she is by her past, and how much it still affects her so I am aching to know what happens.
I really want to know more about Jasmine and how she fits into the story. I like how they both feel almost like outsiders, and that Flick feels as though she is living a lie.
Being set in the British summertime, particularly in Sidmouth I can almost feel the sticky, familiar heat, so the setting and descriptioons so far are fantastic.
