The cover doesn't give much away, not even which genre I would place this in. I like the slow pace of the opening chapters, there is a lot of scene-setting, laying out the detail of the house.
It could be an unfolding creepy tale, or more of a pyschological mind-twister. I'm not sure which way it's going yet. Will the focus be more on the characters, or the setting itself?
