I read this book in one sitting as Link is such an interesting, complex character who is really intriguing. He has been bullied for as long as he can remember, but after the plane crash he needs to take the lead on The Island to ensure that everyone is safe and works together, despite their differences.
What I didn't guess what the plot twist, and I love it when this happens. When it was reveiled I actually gasped because it just didn't cross my mind - it was so clever and so satisfying.
I absoloutely loved this book and can't wait to read more by M.A. Bennett (I have read Stags which I would also recommend).
