Right away the reader is introduced to the main characters without any delay. Each one of them spark interest and a desire to find out more. Even in these first 32 pages the author lays down the groundwork around the characters and what is happening in their lives. This glimpse leaves me wanting to read more and discover how the situations they find themselves in are resolved. This is the type of book I most enjoy and I know this is a genre enjoyed by many, many people. After reading the first pages I'm sure the first impression will turn out to be correct and this is a book that will be read, and enjoyed, by many.
