I've always been fascinated by past events in British history, but rarely read anything more than what you find on the Web. I think this book would prove to be great way of getting out of my comfort zone. I like the clearly defined time line and private diary entries, it mixes things up a little. I just hope it doesn't get too "heavy" the further the story progresses (despite the morbid topic).
