the reason it has taken me such a long time to write this review is because it took me forever to finish this book because i just did not enjoy it.
the legacy by caroline bond sounded pretty good and although it was a genre that i do not usually read, i thought i would really enjoy it after reading the blurb and the first impression.
but unfortunately this book just was not for me. as i said before, i do not usually read books in this genre and reading this book reminded me why.
i am sure that there are many people who would absolutely adore this book but i felt like the plot was not overly unique and i did not really connect with or like any of the characters.
i feel like i probably should have dnfed this book but instead i stuck with it despite not enjoying it, which is another reason why i am rating it so low.
i actually do really like the cover though!!!
