When I started this book I was expecting a light hearted rom-com, and I got way more than I bargained for.
I was sure I knew exactly where the sorry was going, the same way many other books go. The dark secrets based twist took me completely by surprise, so although there were some parts of the book I found a little bit repetitive it more than made up for it with the journey it took you on with these two characters. Even when you think you’ve figured this book out, it manages to surprise you.
This book takes you on an emotional rollercoaster and I really couldn’t have predicted the ending, and it was an ending that I loved.
