This one was a page turner! I was hooked from the beginning.
The books falls into the thriller/police chategory I would say, ith Charlie Priest as the protagonist, an ex cop turned lawyer that is hired by a wealthy family to investigate their son's terrifying murder.
I appreciated the interwoven story between past and present and I found the main character, Charlie Priest, very likeable. I even liked a lot of the secondary characters. One of the things I loved most about this story is that it made me want to know more about the protagonists, especiallly Priest's past, and his secretary's secondary mini story.
I really hope there are going to be more stories based on this cetral character and if there are I wouldn't gladly read them in one sitting as well.
