The first thing I loved about this book was the cover, it caught my eye whilst just browsing the book aisle and it straight away gave me the urge to read to see what it was about. This book amazing, after inheriting half a house alongside side a man who just seemed to have dissapeared off the face of the earty over twenty seven years ago Ailsa returns to her childhood home. It turns out that the mysterious man is actually her father. I really enjoyed this book I felt that not much seemed to have happened at the beginning however I still really enjoyed it from beginning until the end where I seemed to get really interested in it and I didn't want to put the book down which was great. I would definitely recommend.
