I enjoyed this book once i got into it but to start with the going was tough and slow.
The one thing that really irritates me thought was the start. It took me forever to get into. The start of the story seemed like a cheesy haunted house kids story was about to develop. I was pleasantly surprised as I got a bit further into the book, but I very nearly gave up about a fifth of the way in.
I struggled with the relationship between the two sisters. i felt like it could have been done better because it took me almost until the end to warm to them.
I was sad by the end of the book because i wish i knew more about what happened to the dad.
Overall, great story. Just wish it had been a bit easier to get into when I first picked it up!
