The Nothing Man is a book written in a style that I had not yet read before, but boy did I enjoy it!
The Nothing Man is a book within this novel, written by a survivor of the Nothing Man's terrible attacks and this survivors quest to find him and bring justice to him. The other perspective of this book is from The Nothing Man, a now retired serial killer who spots the book on the shelves of the supermarket he works security for and is desperate to know just how it ends.
In his frustrations with the inaccuracies of this book on the other side of his life, he pursues it's author, and gives us an insight into his truly twisted mind. We learn just what he planned on doing to his victims, how he chose them and just how much he enjoyed doing the things he did.
This was a book I just could not put down. While the ending was somewhat predictable, this book has haunted me and has me checking behind my sofa cushions before I go to sleep each night!
