Unusual narrator!
I’ve only read the First Look part of the book, but I found the pacy style catapulted me into the story, and I really liked the narrative style, as we get to know, early on the identity of the Nothing Man, and follow his response to seeing the book about his unsolved murders, out there in public. In a short time, we get quite a description of the murderer, and clues to his background, and how he relates to other people, especially those he doesn’t respect.
There is a slight journalistic feel to the book, as it weaves newspaper storylines in with the narrator’s voice. This lends the book a sort of authenticity, which I found made me want to read on.
Time for me to get hold of the rest of the book!
