A dark and atmospheric thriller with a number of twists.

Tom is new this area of Cornwall that has been riven by the changes in the economy and the threats posed by Brexit. As an incomer he is treated as an outsider and as such he has few friends and little understanding of how the area and the community operates. Tom becomes concerned about another outsider to the area Lila and when she disappears he goes looking for her after he realises that she has stolen key document about his past that he needs. Tom has his own secrets that come back to haunt him as he and Lila come to realise that there is a very dark underside to the community and that they are both at danger from this.
The local environment and the isolation that this brings adds to the atmosphere of this fast paced and dark thriller that keeps you guessing until the very end.
