This is a book that I found hard to put down. The style of writing was easy to follow and along with the plot which proved to be a fantastic page turner. The characters were described to a point where I could visualise them and with the twists and turns, made for a great read.
I loved the way each day Kate questioned if she was ill or if it was her imagination and if Rob was who she thought he was. The idea of a doppelgánger was brilliant.
I found some of the things that happened to Kate quite scary, the swimming pool cover and doors being locked and where she had no control.
The different characters lives running along side of Kate's was well written, especially DI Silas Hart and Strover.
All in all a fabulous book and would recommend it to anyone who loves a crime/thriller book.
