The pact at first is hard to get used to with all the back and forth with what happened leading up to the murder and what happens after the murder but once you get used to it the book is a enjoyable read. Nicole is murdered and Freya thinks it has something to do with the prank she and her boyfriend Jay pulled on Nicole by putting her details on a dating website. Freya starts getting messages from men who have her number of a hook up website she believes whoever killed Nicole is going to do the same to her. The pact is very fast paced with a lot of twist and turns. Who can you really trust, I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves a good crime thriller. I will be looking for more books from Amy Heydenrych
