I enjoy crime books and like how plots have me guessing and changing my mind throughout the storyline, unfortunately I didn’t get this during The perfect stranger.
Really sorry to say that I didn’t enjoy this story has much as I hoped, I struggled with some chapters and not knowing if it was being written in the present or the past. I did get confused at one point about whom was the real person worried about missing room mate.
Some of the story that I read seemed to be in a haze and couldn’t remember what that chapter revealed.
I did read this book in one day and liked the length of the chapters and it was easy to read but felt the conclusion was rushed and I missed the police action in how they conclude their investigation.
