I absolutely loved this thriller. It was so well-written and full of completely believable twists. I love when I read a thriller and it keeps me on my toes. It is so much more fun to think you have it all figured and then be thrown a complete spanner in the works. Plus, the ending was outstanding!
The author created completely realistic and believeable characters. Each had characteristics that brought them to life. This along made the story, but then the author filled the story with actions and descriptions that made for a truly submersed read. The background and side stories brought the whole piece together, really making this a read that was so real you felt like you where there.
The pace was excellent as well. It was filled with moments where we took our time, to get every detail, and others where we flew through at the pace one would expect for something so exciting. The clever mixture made the read even more realistic.
