I bought this to read immediately after finishing it's prequel The Anomaly, which I received in a subscription box. Set in a new location but still following the charming and intelligent Nolan Moore and his team as they prepare to film another "Anomaly Files" for their YouTube fans, this time focusing on some unexplained stone walls in a rural location in America. It doesn't take long for the strangeness to start and this time there's also a missing local girl, legends of witches and Nolan's on again off again ex wife present.

This book led somewhere unexpected, exactly like the last one by Michael Rutger! I was gripped from the first page, my jaw dropped on several occasions and you really shouldn't read this in the dark if you're remotely spooked by ghostly goings on. There was a real vibe of Stranger Things reading this, and a mix of the demonic/witchcraft and ghosts that was a refreshing perspective. I continue to be a huge fan!
