Really pleasantly surprised - I loved it!
I was really pleasantly surprised by this book! Whilst it is the third in the series, I didn’t need to have read the others to understand this one (although I am definitely going to read them).
The writing is beautiful, and it felt like I was on a journey through the colourful streets of Marrakech, to the plague filled streets of London. Bianca and Nicholas are incredible lead characters, and I’m excited to see what is in store for them in the next book. Whilst I was completely drawn into Nicholas & Bianca's story, I was also invested in the other characters and it felt like they were all a family.
There is plenty of action, and it kept my attention the whole way through. Betrayal, mystery, conspiracies - this book has it all! Thank you for my copy Readers First!
