Having read the first book in this series I was excited to read the second. I certainly wasn’t disappointed!!
The characters of Attica and Jemmy are really well developed and the reader is left feeling like they know these characters well by the end of the story.
The author moves the book at a good pace, whilst not lacking in the details which give the book a really good context. The historical background to this story is well developed too.
I would definitely read more from this author having read the first two books in this series now. Would very much recommend others to do the same!
The front cover of the book is appealing: I feel like this would jump out at me in the local bookshop.
