I liked that this book was fast-paced with a multitude of likeable characters as well as some more sinister ones. I didn’t like that one family seemed to get as happy an ending as possible whereas the others had a horrific one.
The last few chapters moved so quickly that everything seemed to be wrapped up almost too neatly. It would have been nice if there were a few more what if questions and if there had been a way to change some of the perceived outcomes by time travel.
However, it was easy to read, based on an interesting concept and definitely had some relatable moments in the high school parts. I liked the line about how high school was still high school even for the super-rich.
I would have liked for a few more surprises!
