I read this book in about two days because I was enjoying it so much while reading it.
The characters were extremely likeable and also easy to relate to which is a great base for a story.
I liked how the stories were interwoven and the different characters all got to know each other and helped support each other.
Although I am not always a fan of books with happily-ever after endings as I'm not convinced it reflects real life, in this case the ending worked well. You felt that the characters who had been through a lot of difficult circumstances were able to come out the other side in a better place.
The setting was good and it gave some insight into the behind the scenes roles in a theatre company as well as the reality of how expensive living in big cities really is. It also covered interesting topics like how safe renting apartments on something like airbnb is and how easily someone can have their lives ruined by drugs or another person.
Definitely worth a read particularly if you're after something light-hearted.
