I loved the synopsis of the book, I thought it sounded gripping and tense and knew it would keep my attention.
Having read After the fall by this author too I knew her writing style makes it feel like you are there in the story.
I particularly loved Mutesi and Neil and even though Sam was so troubled I really did feel for him and what he was going through.
The cover wasn’t quite an indicator of what the book would be like, it was by far much better and I have since recommended it to others in the hope they will love it too.
I will most definitely be keeping my eyes out for more books by Charity Norman!
