Well this book well and truly gripped. I loved the authors portrayal of the main characters and how they went into so much detail. I really felt like I was sitting there listening to the characters in person. The way a chance meeting can turn into a soul diving sharing of stories had me hooked and really got me thinking. It wasn't just the people in the cafe but it was also the negotiator.
Delving into the lives of these people really took the imagination on a wild ride. The story seemed to be like every other crime story, but I was so impressed by charity's writing of the characters and the path she led them down.
I was so enthralled with this book and can't wait to see more from this author.
