I really enjoyed this book! Having previously read one of Charity Norman's books I knew when I started on this that I was going to be in for a treat and I was not disappointed!
On what seems like an ordinary day, customers turn up at their favourite Cafe for their morning refreshments, a commotion ensues and a gunshot is fired. People run for their lives but some end up trapped as hostages. As the day goes on the hostages, strangers to each other, each with their own secrets are drawn closer together and the story behind the situation comes out.
This is such a compelling book and a real roller coaster of a read. It is quite emotional and just shows how everyone has their own story that most people know nothing about. I really reccommend this book!
