This has been one of my best reads of 2020 so far, this is my first book by this author and certainly wont be my last. This is a compelling and gripping read which was very emotional and moving throughout and took on a very sensitive subject and used it to create a brilliant story. The characters were believable and realistic as was the subject matter. Once I had started reading it I could not put it down and read it in almost one sitting as it really drew me in although without giving spoilers you might need to have a box of tissues to hand as I as an emotional wreck by the end of it. This book would make an excellent tv drama and is a must read for everyone this year and highly recommend it to all.
