Although I was completely swooned by the stunning cover of this book, I wasn't so sure, on my initial reading of the blurb, whether I would actually enjoy the story. However, I loved it. It was clever and heartbreaking and truly swept me away. I devoured this book in just one day, and the cover is even more beautiful in real life! I am normally not a fan of hardbacks without dust covers but this is the exception to that, a dust cover would spoil it. And the writing itself is easy to follow. There aren't really any chapters as such so you never really stop to think. The story is from different perspectives but they weave in and out of each other so well it's almost seamless. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys reading crime and mystery fiction. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
