This book really wasn’t one I would ever pick up. I didn’t like the cover, I wouldn’t choose the book from the blurb, and to be honest I’m surprised even finished it. On the first few pages it was clear that this sort of book is not one for me. I am a little queasy when it comes to blood and gore. I struggled to read the detailed descriptions. If I was honest I wouldn’t recommend this book. If you like blood and gore and massacred plotsThen you should read it. For me this book it’s just not the genre I enjoy reading. I do recognise the plot is one which needs telling and I’m sure, with a reality check, that these things happen in real life. However for me I would prefer not to read about them and I would prefer to stick with my happy ever after books
