What a great book! I loved everything about it. The setting, the characters and the story.
The Temple House boarding school is an elite catholic school with high powered ex pupils and family connections going back generations. Then one day Louisa a scholarship girl who has recently started at the school goes missing along with a young cool male teacher. The mystery of their disappearance was never solved. Years later a journalist with a connection to Louisa comes along to try and shed new light on what really happened to Louisa and the teacher. Did they run away together? Was there a cover up?
It is an atmospheric intense story about fitting in, love and power. A really great read.
