This is not a book I would usually go for. A book about the experiences of a vet, it is as expected from the title. The vet writing his stories about patients that he has dealt with, where each chapter is about one of the animals he has worked on... Although not animals you would expect.
I found this a very light hearted reading with some funny comments and it shows a different side of vets that you don't always see.
Also shows that vets don't actually know everything even if they seem to come over that way..
The armadillo story did make me chuckle though and his use of Google for the end result. All in all is was a good 'diary' type of book which provided some good stories and fascinating facts about each animal.
Vets have to go through some very strange days and experiences but this all makes the reading material worth while.
