This is not my usual read and I must admit that I chose this book mostly on the cover....I know what you are all thinking.

The story introduces you to a set of characters in the 'Then' which you manage to get your head around and then it goes and throws you some more in the 'Now' which made life a little bit challenging to work out where you were and who was who as names change slightly.

The story is well written, apart from the proof reading mistakes that I found, and did have me on the edge of my seat at points. The writer has managed to build tension and drama into this story.

There are a number of twists and turns which I was partly expecting but some that left me wondering how I missed them!

However, by the end of the story I was still very confused as to what the resolution was and I am not sure whether the author wanted it to end like that or it was just a bit complicated to follow at the end and a bit fanciful.

Overall, a good easy read with some thrilling suspense but do not expect a clear resolution.
